Isabelle Bartter

Isabelle is a Trans* rights activist from Rochester, New York. She is a recent graduate from Houghton College in Chemistry.

Her most recent work with the Empire State Pride Agenda has involved gaining support from constituents and NYS senators for the Gender Exression Non-Discrimination Act, which would provide equal protection under law for gender non-conforming people in NY.

Isabelle is very excited to be joining the Femme Conference team to bring this amazing event together.
